Existing Clients
Welcome back!
This page contains information and resources for current clients of Re-Entry Psychology. If you have any questions about your care, scheduling, or practice policies, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Scheduling & Sessions
All psychotherapy sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for clients who are physically located in New York State at the time of their appointment.
Appointments, scheduling requests, intake paperwork, invoices, secure messaging, and other practice documents can all be accessed through the client portal.
Need to reschedule an appointment? The quickest way to request changes is through the secure client portal.
Fees & Payment
Initial Evaluation (90 minutes) – $350
Individual Psychotherapy (45–50 minutes) – $300
Extended Psychotherapy Session (75–90 minutes) – $375
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are reserved within the practice for individuals experiencing financial hardship and are offered based on availability.
Payment is due at the time of each session.
For your convenience, a valid credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card is required to be securely stored on file. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, your card on file will be automatically charged following each appointment for the applicable session fee.
Receipts are available through the client portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $100 late cancellation/no-show fee.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. Such situations are considered with clinical judgment, compassion, and professional discretion.
Insurance
Re-Entry Psychology is an out-of-network private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Upon request, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychotherapy services, though benefits vary depending on your specific plan, deductible, and coverage. I encourage you to contact your insurance company before beginning treatment to better understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Questions you may wish to ask your insurance company include:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Is my deductible separate for out-of-network services?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
Do I need prior authorization?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
Please note that reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and cannot be guaranteed.
Communication
The secure client portal is the preferred method for non-urgent communication regarding scheduling, billing, paperwork, or other administrative questions.
Please note that email and portal messages are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency concerns.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please:

Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services before treatment begins.
