Evidence-Based OCD and OCPD Treatment

& Therapy for Life's Deepest Transitions

Whether you're struggling with obsessive thoughts and compulsions, rigidity and perfectionism, or navigating a transformative experience or transition, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, flexibility, and purpose.

What Is Re-Entry?

I use the term re-entry to describe the psychological process of finding your way back to your life after an experience has fundamentally changed you or kept you living on the outside of it.

  • Sometimes that experience is OCD, where fear, doubt, and compulsions gradually shrink your world.

  • Perfectionism or Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD), where rigid standards, chronic self-criticism, and overcontrol can also keep you out of your life.

  • Other times it's surviving cancer, becoming a parent, navigating a major life transition, or having a transformative experience.

Whether we're reducing OCD symptoms, developing greater flexibility around perfectionism, integrating a transformative experience, or navigating a major life transition, our work is ultimately about helping you move toward a life that feels agentic and meaningful.
